With a strong engineering background Running Medals Sheffield have been designing, making and selling high quality sports medals to local sports clubs and international competitions since 2007.

Our central location allows us to send medals quickly to anywhere in the UK on a next day service if required. We have onsite engraving equipment for metal plates, metal cups and glass laser engraving equipment for fast engraving of logos and names.

Fun Runs

Fun runs are a great introduction to running for all the family with short distance local events. Fun run medals follow a theme and encourage participants to enjoy the moment with music, bubbles and rapturous bystanders.

5k Races

The 5k or 3.1 mile race is an introduction to long distance running which is very different to short distance track running and often done as a charity event. 5k medals are great for new runners who want to test their race fitness.

10k Races

10k or 6.2 miles is a serious distance run for people who are experienced runners who are comfortable at running for an hour during training. 10k medals show commitment and endurance.

Half Marathons

Running a half-marathon (13.1 miles) is the first big step to running an endurance race. Half-marathons are not for novice runners. If you’re going to begin training for your first half-marathon, you should already be able to run about five miles without stopping. If you’re not at that point yet, keep building up your stamina.

Marathon Races

A marathon (26.2 miles) is an endurance event meant for experienced runners. If you are a novice runner, don’t jump straight into a marathon. Running a marathon requires training and planning. Most people who run marathons really enjoy running or really enjoy challenging themselves physically.

Ultra Marathons

Though anything longer than a marathon is considered an ultra marathon, most ultramarathons are between 50k (31.1 Miles) and 100 miles. However, they can be longer. Ultra marathons are designed with the toughest runners in mind. They are the ultimate endurance race for seasoned runners. They are NOT typically recommended for novice runners.
